14th FIPS Mouche World Fly Fishing Championship 2015

Well the time has come for Gerard Mc Loughlin and Brendan Heaney to head off to Vail, Colorado to represent their club and country at the 14th World fly fishing championships. The lads will be heading off tomorrow for an early start to make the trip to the US in the capable hands of Noel McLoughlin. We will keep the website updated as the competition progresses over the coming weeks. The competition starts on the 10th of August with the opening ceremony, official practice is on the 11th and the competition then runs from the 12th to the 14th. The club would like to wish the lads well in the competition but most importantly we hope they have a great time exploring the rivers and lakes and making lifelong friends on their trip.
